Who Do We Represent?
We have represented clients from all walks of life. Our clients have included doctors, clergymen, elected and appointed public officials at the state and local level, teachers, laborers, homemakers (both female and male) engineers, entrepreneurs, the self-employed, and even other lawyers, to name but a few of the hundreds of occupations we have encountered in our practice. We have represented many clients from other states in Ohio litigation, including individuals from California, Texas, New York, South Carolina, Florida, Pennsylvania, Indiana, Illinois, Oregon and Tennessee, as well as a number of international clients, including those from Canada, Germany and The United Kingdom. Our firm is experienced and well versed in Ohio, interstate and international child custody cases, and Attorney Vinion published an article on the handling of an international custody case, which was cited as authority by a New Jersey court in an international child custody case! We are proud of the fact our clients choose us because they recognize our commitment to, and expertise in family law matters. We strive to listen to each of our clients, and to provide insightful, compassionate representation, including vigorous litigation when necessary, and a consideration and exploration of alternative dispute resolution where appropriate. In short, our clients are truly representative of the face of America. We represent males and females in about equal numbers, and although we have many cases, we recognize that each client only has one, his or her own, so we do all we can to ensure a fair, just, and timely resolution in each case.
